Richmond second-rower Graham Burgoyne toured Britain and France with the 1951-52 Kiwis.
Burgoyne represented Auckland against Australia in 1949 and France in 1951. The 23-year-old earned a New Zealand call-up at the end of the latter season.
Burgoyne debuted in the tour opener against Rochdale and scored a try in his next match against Castleford, but injury would limit his availability. He recovered to make a total of 11 tour appearances and scored another try in his last outing against Provence XIII in Marseille.
Later moving to Tokoroa and playing for Ngaruawahia in the Waikato competition, Burgoyne represented South Auckland against Australia and the American All-Stars in 1953.
