New Zealand Rugby League is creating more opportunities in Christchurch for fans to meet players ahead of the sold-out Pacific Championships doubleheader.

The Kiwis and Kiwi Ferns trainings at Ngā Puna Wai will be open to the public on Tuesday 22 October with the Kiwis taking the field from 10am and the Kiwi Ferns from 11.30am. There will be a chance for signings and to take photos with the players after they finish training.

The following day, there will be a Fan Day at Wainoni Park in Aranui with the four teams from Australia and New Zealand in attendance. The event will begin at 4.30pm to allow families to bring their tamariki along. Fans will be able to enjoy a range of activities including a signing session, Q&A with players, food stalls, and giveaways.

The following week there will be a fan event in Auckland ahead of the Kiwis v Tonga Test. Follow the NZRL social channels for updates on event details.
