Hawke's Bay back Henry Du Vall represented New Zealand in 1912-13.

A rugby union player for Grammar School Old Boys in Auckland, he played a rugby league match for South Canterbury against an Invercargill team in Timaru and was investigated by the amateur code's authorities. He turned out for Dunedin club Kaikorai in the meantime.

Du Vall played rugby league in Te Kuiti in 1911 before moving to Hawke's Bay and joining the Clive club. He played for Hawke's Bay against NSW in 1912 and received a call-up to the New Zealand team for the one-off clash with the tourists, an 18-10 loss in Auckland.

The following season, he played in eight of New Zealand's nine games on their tour of Australia at wing or fullback. He scored two tries in a 32-6 win over Queensland.

Du Vall, after moving to the Petane club, also represented Hawke's Bay against NSW in 1913 and England in 1914.
